How QR Credits function as platform usage entitlements and how separate quotas interact.

1. Four Independent Quotas

1. QR Credits

Monthly creation allowance (10 Free / 100 Pro / 1,000 Business). Consumed on dynamic creation.

2. Active Dynamic QRs

Concurrency cap (1 Free / 50 Pro / 500 Business) of active routing links.

3. Hosted Storage

Cumulative storage caps for uploaded PDFs and image files (10MB Free / 1GB Pro / 10GB Business).

4. API Rate Limits

Paid plan throughput caps: 30 req/min (Pro) and 60 req/min (Business). REST API access is available on paid plans.

4. Zero Balance & Expiry Policy

Existing QR routing is NEVER suspended due to zero credit balance

If your monthly QR Credits reach 0, all existing published Dynamic QR codes continue scanning and routing normally. You can still edit destination URLs and fetch analytics. Only new QR creation requests will receive a 402 Payment Required response until your monthly quota resets or you purchase an add-on pack.
