1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Operator
By accessing, browsing, generating QR codes on, or subscribing to services provided by QRnaly (qrnaly.com) ("QRnaly", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by QRnaly Technologies, you ("User", "Customer", or "Workspace Owner") agree to be legally bound by these Master Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Digital Service Delivery Policy.
Entity Notice: QRnaly is operated by QRnaly Technologies, a sole proprietorship business owned and operated by Yogesh Chhedalal Chaurasia, registered under Udyam (UDYAM-MH-33-0829050), based in Kalyan, Maharashtra, 421301, India. 2. Core QR Technology: Static vs. Dynamic QR Codes
QRnaly provides two fundamentally distinct types of QR codes, which carry different technical characteristics and legal implications:
Static QR codes directly encode the payload (URL, text, Wi-Fi credentials, vCard contact) into the optical square matrix itself.
- Generated entirely on the client without backend routing dependencies.
- Permanent once printed; QRnaly cannot edit, reroute, track, or disable a printed static QR code.
- Free to create and download with no subscription requirement.
Dynamic QR codes encode a short redirection URL managed by QRnaly (e.g. https://qrnaly.com/q/[slug]).
- Destinations can be updated at any time without reprinting the physical code.
- Scans route through QRnaly servers to provide aggregate telemetry metrics.
- Governed by workspace quotas and subscription terms.
3. User Content & Hosted Media Assets (PDFs, Images, Social Profiles)
3.1 Ownership: You retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights in any content, logos, PDFs, menus, and images you upload to QRnaly.
3.2 Limited License to Host: By uploading content, you grant QRnaly a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to store, transcode, display, and serve the content to authorized scanners upon resolving the associated QR code.
3.3 Content Standards: You warrant that your uploaded assets do not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights, and contain no malware, phishing exploits, or illegal material as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy.
3.4 Moderation & Takedowns: QRnaly reserves the right to suspend or remove any hosted file or dynamic link that violates our safety standards or upon receiving valid statutory notices.
4. Subscriptions, Lifecycle Continuity & Asset Retention Policy
Paid plans (Pro, Business) and Add-Ons are billed in advance on recurring monthly or annual cycles processed securely by authorized payment partners (including Cashfree and Razorpay):
Dynamic QR codes operate as an active SaaS service. If a subscription payment fails or you cancel your plan, QRnaly provides a comprehensive grace and retention window to protect physical printed assets:
- 30-Day Active Grace Period: Existing published Dynamic QR codes continue routing active traffic normally during a 30-day grace window following plan expiration or cancellation.
- Suspension & Preservation: After the 30-day grace period without renewal, Dynamic QR routing is suspended (scanners view an informative status notice). QR design configurations, destination settings, and scan analytics history remain safely preserved in your Dashboard for 90 days following suspension.
- Campaign Asset Retention: Uploaded campaign assets (PDF menus, brochures, promotional images) are retained in a suspended state for 90 days before scheduled purge.
- Instant Reactivation: Renewing your subscription anytime during grace or retention immediately restores full dynamic routing and asset delivery without requiring reprinting.
- Static QR Independence: Static QR codes operate 100% offline with data encoded directly in the physical matrix; they never expire and require no subscription.
5. Developer REST API & Security Obligations
Programmatic REST API access is available to Business workspace accounts. API keys must be kept confidential and never exposed in client-side applications. Requests are subject to server-enforced rate limits (30 requests/min for Pro, 60 requests/min for Business). Automated attempts to circumvent rate limits or probe unauthorized workspace resources will result in immediate API credential revocation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QRnaly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or physical printing costs) arising from your use of the service. In no event shall QRnaly's aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by you to QRnaly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
