Master Service & Workspace Agreement

Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 10, 2026 • Effective immediately

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, generating QR codes on, or subscribing to services provided by QRnaly (qrnaly.com) ("QRnaly", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Customer", or "Workspace Owner") agree to be bound by these Master Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Fair Usage Policy.

If you represent a business entity or team workspace, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

Basic static QR code generation is available to all users without creating an account. To access dynamic routing, campaign management, cloud document hosting, analytics telemetry, and REST API access, you must register for an authenticated QRnaly account.

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements to create an account.

3. Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account or workspace. You must immediately notify QRnaly at security@qrnaly.com of any unauthorized access.

4. Workspaces & Authorized Users

QRnaly utilizes a multi-tenant workspace architecture. Workspace Owners may invite authorized team members (subject to plan seat allocations: 1 seat on Free/Pro, 5 seats included on Business). The Workspace Owner retains primary administrative authority over all workspace assets, folders, billing subscriptions, and API keys.

5. Static QR Codes

5.1 True Static Architecture: True Static QR codes encode the destination payload (e.g. website URL, Wi-Fi configuration, vCard) directly into the QR pattern.

5.2 Independence & Permanence: Once generated, True Static QR codes do not depend on QRnaly redirect servers to resolve their payload. Subscription cancellation or account closure does not intentionally invalidate or break an already-printed True Static QR code.

5.3 Non-Editable Post-Print: Because the physical matrix directly contains the destination string, a printed True Static QR code cannot be retroactively modified without reprinting. Selecting "Create Dynamic Version" creates a distinct new managed QR code with an independent routing link.

6. Managed / Dynamic QR Codes

6.1 Managed Routing: Dynamic QR codes encode a QRnaly shortlink (https://qrnaly.com/q/[slug]) that resolves dynamically to your target destination URL.

6.2 Free Managed Trial: Free accounts include 1 active Dynamic QR code for an initial 14-day trial period. Upon trial conclusion, the QR record and scan history remain preserved in your Dashboard; public routing displays a trial conclusion status until upgraded.

6.3 Upgrade Continuity: Upgrading a Free Managed Trial QR to a paid subscription unlocks active dynamic routing while preserving the exact same printed QR pattern, shortlink slug, and historical scan data without requiring reprinting.

7. Hosted PDFs, Images & Media Content

QRnaly allows users to upload PDF documents, restaurant menus, and brand imagery to accompany QR codes. All uploaded files must comply with plan storage quotas (100 MB Free, 1 GB Pro, 10 GB Business) and file size limits (up to 10 MB on Pro/Business). Users represent that they possess all required rights, licenses, and permissions to host and publicly distribute uploaded files.

8. QR Templates & Campaign Management

Users may organize assets into Campaign Folders, save custom QR Design Templates, build UTM tracking tags, duplicate codes, and inspect destination change history with 1-click restore functionality. All campaign structures are strictly scoped to your authenticated workspace.

9. Analytics & Technical Scan Telemetry

QRnaly records aggregated, privacy-preserving scan telemetry for Dynamic QR codes, including timestamp, user-agent details (device, OS, browser), referrer, and coarse location where available. IP addresses are cryptographically hashed and salted before storage. QRnaly does not track, profile, or sell individual scanner personal identities.

10. API & Webhook Usage

Programmatic REST API access is available to Business workspace accounts. API keys must be kept confidential and never exposed in client-side code. API requests are subject to server-enforced rate limits (60 requests/minute on Business).

11. Subscriptions, Pricing & Add-ons

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Razorpay:

  • Free Plan: ₹0 / month — Unlimited Static QRs, 1 Free Dynamic QR (14-day trial), 100 MB storage.
  • Pro Plan: ₹399 / month or ₹3,588 / year (₹299/mo equivalent) — 50 Dynamic QRs, 1 GB storage, 250 initial credits, scan analytics.
  • Business Plan: ₹999 / month or ₹8,988 / year (₹749/mo equivalent) — 500 Dynamic QRs, 10 GB storage, 5 team seats, REST API access, 1,000 credits/month.

12. Fair Usage Policy

Usage of QRnaly is governed by our Fair Usage Policy. Fair-use safeguards protect overall platform reliability against bot floods, brute-force requests, account farming, and automated capacity circumvention.

13. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use QRnaly for phishing, credential theft, malware distribution, financial scams, deceptive URL cloaking, spam blasts, copyright infringement, or security probing, as detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy.

14. User Content & Responsibilities

You retain sole ownership and responsibility for all destination URLs, uploaded files, uploaded logos, and marketing content connected to your QR codes. QRnaly operates solely as a technical routing and hosting intermediary and does not endorse, verify, or assume liability for third-party landing pages.

15. Intellectual Property

QRnaly retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, interface design, vector rendering algorithms, and software. You retain all intellectual property rights in your uploaded brand logos, custom media, and destination content.

16. Abuse Reports & Moderation

Public abuse reports submitted via qrnaly.com/report-abuse are investigated by our trust & safety team. Verified malicious links may be placed under_review or suspended.

17. Suspension, Restriction & Downgrade Preservation

17.1 Downgrade Preservation: When an account downgrades to a lower tier, existing published Dynamic QR codes and hosted files remain active, routing, and visible in your Dashboard. New asset creation is restricted until usage aligns with the new tier entitlement.

17.2 Policy Suspension: QRnaly reserves the right to suspend or restrict any QR code or account that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable statutory regulations.

18. Appeals & Dispute Resolution

Account owners may appeal moderation decisions or service restrictions by submitting supporting documentation to support@qrnaly.com.

19. Availability & QR Scanability Limitations

While QRnaly provides automated contrast ratio evaluations and scanability warnings, physical scanning success depends on camera hardware, ambient lighting, print quality, physical size, quiet zone margins, and custom logo sizing. QRnaly does not make a 100% universal scan guarantee across all hardware devices.

20. Third-Party Services & Subprocessors

Our infrastructure utilizes verified third-party subprocessors for payment processing (Razorpay), managed database storage (Neon PostgreSQL), and hosting/edge distribution. Details are available at qrnaly.com/legal/subprocessors.

21. Data Protection & Privacy

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. QRnaly is designed with applicable privacy and data protection principles in mind.

22. Disclaimers

23. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QRNALY, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO QRNALY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QRnaly and its operators against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or content hosted on or linked from your QR codes.

25. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms to reflect operational, technical, or legal changes. Material revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

26. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
