1. 100% Digital SaaS Delivery
QRnaly (qrnaly.com), operated by QRnaly Technologies, is a cloud-hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for generating QR codes, managing Dynamic QR campaigns, tracking scan telemetry, and hosting associated campaign assets.
All products, subscription tiers, capacity add-ons, and QR credit packs sold on QRnaly are strictly intangible, digital software services. QRnaly does not manufacture, warehouse, print, or physically ship any physical items, stickers, or merchandise.
2. Delivery Timeline & Electronic Provisioning
Upon successful completion and confirmation of payment through our authorized payment gateways:
- Instant Subscription Activation: Pro and Business subscription capabilities (such as increased dynamic QR limits, team seats, campaign asset storage, and REST API access) are provisioned immediately in your workspace within seconds of transaction authorization.
- Instant Credit Pack Fulfillment: One-time QR credit packs are instantly posted to your workspace credit ledger and reflected in your real-time balance.
- Order Confirmation & Receipt: A digital order confirmation containing the transaction ID, purchased item breakdown, and official tax invoice is automatically generated and sent to the email address associated with your account. Invoices are also permanently downloadable via your Workspace Billing Receipts dashboard.
3. Service Access Requirements
To access and utilize your purchased software entitlements:
- You must sign in to your verified QRnaly account at qrnaly.com/login.
- All tools and campaign features are accessible via any modern, standard web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
- No local desktop software installation or manual license key entry is required.
4. Delivery Exceptions & Provisioning Support
In rare instances where a payment aggregator webhook experiences network delay or temporary gateway timeout, your workspace entitlements may take up to 5 minutes to synchronize.
