Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Published in accordance with Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

2. Resolution & Redressal Timelines

QRnaly adheres strictly to statutory response windows mandated under Indian intermediary regulations:

24-Hour Acknowledgment SLA

Every grievance filed via email will be officially acknowledged with a unique complaint ticket number within 24 hours of receipt.

15-Day Redressal SLA

The Grievance Officer will investigate the matter, take appropriate takedown or remediation action, and communicate the resolution within 15 calendar days.

3. Procedure for Lodging a Formal Complaint

To enable prompt investigation and action, your communication to grievance@qrnaly.com must include:

  • Complainant Identification: Your full legal name, contact email address, physical address, and telephone number.
  • Target Identification: The exact QR link or hosted PDF document URL (e.g. https://qrnaly.com/q/... or https://qrnaly.com/api/pdf/...) or image copy of the printed QR code.
  • Specific Legal Basis / Nature of Violation: Clear description of whether the complaint pertains to copyright infringement, trademark violation, impersonation, phishing, defamatory content, non-consensual imagery, child safety violation, or breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Declaration of Good Faith: A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is unauthorized, and that the information provided is accurate under penalty of perjury.

4. Law Enforcement & Government Orders

Authorized law enforcement agencies (LEA), cybercrime cells, CERT-In, or court authorities seeking technical logs or expedited takedowns under Section 69A of the IT Act may mark their official communication to grievance@qrnaly.com with the subject header [LEGAL NOTICE / URGENT] for expedited 2-hour SLA triage.
