Service & Print Disclaimer
Last Updated: September 10, 2026 • Guidelines for commercial printing, vector exports, and scan reliability
1. Informational & Technical Scope
QRnaly provides automated QR code generation, vector SVG/PNG rendering, dynamic routing, and analytics telemetry. This disclaimer outlines the technical parameters and hardware dependencies that affect physical QR code scanning.
2. QR Code Scanability & Hardware Variability
While QRnaly provides automated contrast ratio evaluation and scanability warning indicators in QR Studio, scan performance in the physical world is governed by external variables outside the control of any software platform:
Sensor resolution, optical autofocus speed, macro focus limits, and native camera QR decoder firmware vary widely across smartphone manufacturers.
Substrate glare, paper grain, ink bleed, reflective metallic foils, and insufficient color contrast ratios (below 4.5:1) can impede optical recognition.
Cropping or removing the white margin border ("quiet zone") around the QR pattern makes it difficult for camera algorithms to detect barcode bounds.
Overly large embedded logo images covering more than 28% of the central matrix may exceed Reed-Solomon error correction capacity (Level H: 30%).
QRnaly does not provide a universal 100% scan guarantee across every physical camera and lighting condition. We strongly advise conducting physical sample print tests prior to high-volume commercial print runs.
3. Third-Party Destination Responsibility
QRnaly operates solely as a technical routing intermediary. We do not control, own, maintain, or guarantee the uptime, availability, security, or accuracy of external websites, landing pages, or third-party services linked via QR codes.
4. Analytics Telemetry Estimates
Scan analytics metrics (geographic city estimates, operating system, device models) are derived from technical HTTP headers transmitted by the scanning browser. Because client network routing, VPNs, and browser privacy extensions can alter or mask header signals, analytics figures represent close technical approximations rather than certified auditing proofs.
