1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

QRnaly maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of our QR generation, shortlink routing, or document hosting services for illegal, malicious, or fraudulent activities. Any attempt to abuse the platform results in immediate deactivation, account termination, and potential referral to law enforcement.

2. Prohibited Content Categories

• Phishing & Credential Theft: QR codes directing users to fake login pages or disguised banking/payment portals.
• Malware & Exploits: Linking to APKs, executable binaries, ransomware, or drive-by download exploits.
• Financial Scams & Lottery Fraud: QR codes promoting advance-fee fraud, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent prize claims.
• Impersonation & Brand Infringement: Misrepresenting affiliation with recognized commercial or governmental entities.
• Hate Speech & Violent Extremism: Content promoting violence, terror, or unlawful discrimination.

3. Automated & Human Remediation

We employ automated threat-intelligence scanners and heuristic filters to identify suspicious URLs. When abuse is detected:

• The destination shortlink is deactivated immediately, displaying an active security warning to scanners.
• Associated API keys and team workspace privileges are instantly revoked.
• Hosted binary files (PDFs/images) are purged from object storage.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you have encountered a suspicious or fraudulent QR code generated through QRnaly, please report it immediately via our online form at /report-abuse or email abuse@qrnaly.com. Our security operations team reviews abuse reports around the clock.
