1. Intermediary Status & Notice-and-Takedown

QRnaly operates as an automated technology intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not initiate transmissions, select recipients, or modify user-submitted content. We respect intellectual property rights and promptly investigate verified notifications of claimed copyright infringement.

2. How to File an Infringement Notice

If you believe content hosted on QRnaly (such as a shared PDF, image, or social profile) infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated Grievance Officer containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • The exact QRnaly URL or slug (e.g., https://qrnaly.com/i/xyz or https://qrnaly.com/q/abc).
  • Your contact information: full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • An electronic or physical signature of the authorized person.
